Factors

Our charges depend on:

the type of text (technical/general/legal etc.)
the language combination
the deadline
the source file type and desired target file type (Word doc, Excel, Powerpoint, EPS Illustrator, Freehand etc.)

Language groups

Some languages are more expensive than others, so we divide them into groups as follows:

Gp. A - English

Gp. B - Major European languages ie French, German, Spanish, Italian.

Gp. C - Other Europeans e.g. Dutch, Scandinavian languages, Czech, Polish, Russian etc.

Gp. D - Chinese (both written in Traditional and Simplified characters), Japanese and Korean.

Gp. E - Other World Languages e.g. Thai, Arabic, Hebrew.

Translation services prices start from £99 per 1000 words and our minimum charge is £60.

Round-the-world service!

This service guarantees we will return you up to 500 words between English and French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese (in both directions) within 24 hours of order. Normally translations take a minimum of two working days from order.

Payment can be made by:

International bank transfer
Paypal
Cheque
International draft

Please note we only accept work from new clients when payment is assured, either by credit card or with a signed contract/purchase order.
